Hi there,
I am a newbe to rakscaps.com and digital scrapbooking. I like the products on this site very much and made a $19.95 donation to the site with the hopes to receive points. However the points have not yet posted on my account nor has the Scrapbook pages… the money was taken out of my account last night per PayPal. I contacted the site administrator 2x, no reply yet.. I understand it may take a little bit for them to sort through all the e-mails however if some one knows what has gone wrong, could you please help me? Thanks
